
Module quizzes and Mission tests FAQs
This issue is usually caused by security settings on a corporate network or local computer, VPN, geo-locking, or proxy server issues.
If you are on a VPN, try disconnecting from the VPN. If you are on a corporate network or proxy server, it could be the firewall/security settings - try accessing the Pega instance from a different network.
You can also try using a different computer if you cannot reconfigure the firewall and other security settings.
If you do not see a
or button at the end of the module quiz or mission test, you did not answer all of the questions completely.Review all questions carefully, and ensure you selected all required responses for questions that require more than one response. Use the
option on each question to confirm you answered the question completely. If the result is 0/1, then you did not answer the question completely.Pega Academy does not provide answers to quiz or test questions.
We recommend reviewing the corresponding module, then attempt to answer the question.
You cannot reset a module quiz or mission test after you submit it for scoring.
You must be logged in to Pega Academy to complete a module quiz.
