The Prepare phase and project kickoff

The Prepare phase follows the Discover phase with key activities such as conducting a sales to delivery handoff meeting and a project kickoff event. During Prepare, you establish project governance and standards to ensure your project is successful. You also use Scrum methodology on which Pega Express™ delivery is based.
