Production readiness during the Adopt phase

The Adopt phase follows the Build phase. During Adopt, you confirm that your client is ready to implement the Microjourneys™ that you packaged into a Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) release. Releasing your MLP moves it to production, a step you repeat with each new release. Review the progress against the Day 1 Live Plan you created during the Discover phase, which may include data migration, measuring business outcomes, a business handoff, and more.
