Next-Best-Action Marketing

This course is for professionals who participate in the design and development of Pega Marketing solutions.

This course teaches business users how to build marketing programs with the Next-Best-Action Marketing solution. During the course you will build a simple one-off and a recurring marketing program for outbound marketing activities. In addition, you will learn to use the Intelligent Segmentation capability, which enables predictive analytics to be leveraged in the building of customer segments.
