System Administration Specialist

This course is for users responsible for maintaining the health of systems installed in their enterprise.

System Administration Specialist is the starting point for system administrators who want to learn about administering applications developed in Pega 7. It covers the core topics needed to give administrators the foundational knowledge required to deploy and maintain Pega enterprise applications.

Prerequisites

  • Experience installing and managing an Application/Web server
  • Familiarity with relational database management systems
  • Knowledge of your business processes
