Implementing Pega Sales Automation

This course is intended for Certified System Architects.

In this course, students learn about cases and data used in a Pega Sales Automation implementation. Students are introduced to the types of application customizations requested by customers during the gap analysis. Upon completion, students can create a new Sales Automation application, populate the application with data, customize the opportunity case steps and forms, create sales goals and manage the forecast, customize the Sales Automation dashboard, and create a mobile app.
