Configuring customer verification

This module is designed for System Architects who want to learn how to configure customer verification in Pega Customer Service.

The Customer verification feature provides a pool of security questions that a customer service agent can use to verify customer identity. In this module, you learn how to configure new security questions and determine when the questions are presented to the agent. A customer must meet a minimum verification score before the agent can continue with an interaction or service case.
