This course is for business users who are responsible for configuring the Pega Customer Service™ user interface.

In this module you will learn how to configure various aspects of the Pega Customer Service™ user interface. You will learn how to customize the layout for a service case, add a field to display, and modify the label of a field. You will practice these topics in an exercise using a cloud based system.
