Discover is the first phase within the Pega Express™ delivery approach, based on design thinking. Design thinking plays a key role and helps your team determine what to include in a Microjourney™ so that you can deliver critical strategic business outcomes for your clients. In the Discover phase, you capture the Microjourney information that is necessary to build a Pega solution.

Then, you prioritize your Microjourneys into a series of Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) application releases.
