In this module, you engage in a conversation about the foundational concepts that underpin Pega Platform applications, including the Case Life Cycle, Personas, data, and Views. Additionally, you learn about Pega's new technologies for accelerated application development: Pega GenAI™ Autopilot and Pega GenAI™ Blueprint.

Using Socrates: 
  • Learning Objectives: Accessible in the pane on the left side of the conversation area.

After completing this module, you should be able to:

  • Explain the relationship between a Case Type and a Case in a Pega Platform application.
  • Combine Stages, Processes, and Steps to create a Case Life Cycle.
  • Define application Personas based on the broad roles and responsibilities required during Case resolution.
  • Use fields to design the Views that define user input and display the data necessary to resolve Cases.
  • Identify the Studios in Pega Platform and their role in developing an application.
  • Accelerate application development using Pega GenAI™ tools such as Pega GenAI™ Blueprint and Pega GenAI™ Autopilot.
  • Enable custom AI-powered capabilities with Pega GenAI™ tools like Pega GenAI™ Connect, Pega GenAI™ Knowledge Buddy, and Pega GenAI™ Coach.
