You must have an active Pega account to view your certification.

It can take up to 5 business days after your exam date for the exam results from Pearson VUE to be sent to our Pega Academy systems.

If the certificate does not display on your Pega account profile after 5 business days:

  1. Log in to your Pearson VUE account and confirm the email address you used to register for the exam.
  2. Log in to your Pega account and confirm the email address from your Pearson VUE account is associated with your Pega account.

If the email address from your Pearson VUE account is not associated with your Pega account, confirm you do not have another Pega account associated with the email address used in your Pearson VUE account.

If you have multiple Pega accounts, contact Pega Accounts Support to merge your Pega accounts.

If you do not have multiple Pega accounts, add the email address associated with your Pearson VUE account to your Pega account. If you need help adding an email address to your Pega account, see the FAQ below: How do I add an additional email address to my Pega account?

An active Pega account not only provides you with full access to all of Pega's websites such as Pega Community and Pega Collaboration Center, it also enables you to track your mission progress in Pega Academy and earn valuable achievements.

This error indicates that you have not responded to the Confirm your email address notification sent from Pega. Locate the email and confirm your email address using the link provided. This is the only way to activate your Pega account.

The Pega Accounts Support team is able to manually merge accounts for you through a rigorous process to validate your past ownership of an account. Please get in touch to merge your accounts so that you receive credit for all of your Pega achievements.

To reset the password to your Pega account:

  1. Click the Need help signing in? link.
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. In the Company Email field, enter the primary email address for your Pega account.

You will receive an email from Pega Accounts with instructions for how to reset your password.

The name printed on the certificate comes from the name in your Pega account.

To change the name in your Pega account, log in to your Pega account and click Edit Profile.

To changed your Pega account primary email address, go to your My Pega profile.

In the upper-right corner, click on your login name, then select My Settings.

Follow the instructions in the Login Information section.

To merge multiple Pega accounts, contact the Pega accounts team.

Note: Merging accounts cannot be undone.  Please be sure you want to merge multiple Pega accounts before submitting your request.

To update your account with additional email addresses, go to your My Pega profile.

In the upper-right corner, click on your login name, then select My Settings.

In the Login Information section, click Add Email Address to add an additional email address to your Pega account.

It may take approximately 24-48 hours for a completed Mission badge to display in your profile.

If 48 hours have elapsed since you completed the mission and the badge is not displayed in your profile, contact us and let us know which mission badge is missing.

To obtain a soft copy (PDF) of your certificate, from your My Pega profile, click View All Achievements. Find the certification badge and click the Download button for a copy of your certificate. Pega does not send hard or soft copies of your certificate.

Note: Certifications will display on your profile within 5 business days after the date of your exam unless there is an account issue that needs to be manually resolved. If there is an account issue, it may take an additional 7 days to display your certification on your profile.
