Analyzing and extracting data from documents using Pega GenAI

1. In the Pega Platform™ instance for the challenge, enter the following credentials:
   1. In the User name field, enter admin@deliveryservice.
   2. In the Password field, enter rules.
2. In the header of Pega Infinity Studio™, switch to the Registration application.
3. Add a new Ruleset Version to the PartnerRegistration Ruleset and save the Ruleset.
4. In the navigation pane, click Case Types, and then open Partner Case Type.
5. Click the Data Model tab, and then add the following fields:
   1. Add an Attachment field with the label Certificate of business registration.
   2. Add a Text (paragraph) field with the label Partner profile.
6. Click the Workflow tab, and then in the Create Stage, add a Form Step in the Create Process, and then name it Upload supporting documents.
7. In the Step configuration pane, click Configure User Action.
8. Add the Certificate of business registration field to the View, and then click Submit.
   
9. Click the UX tab, and then on the Full Page View tab, configure the Partner profile summary in the Case for review:
   1. In the Tabs section, click Add, and then create a new View named Partner profile.
   2. Open the newly created View, and click Add.
   3. Select the Partner profile field, and then click Add.
   4. Click Configure icon, and then set the Display as setting as Text area and Edit mode as Read-only.
   5. Save the Partner Case Type.
      

1. In the header of Pega Infinity Studio, click Create > Generative AI > DocAI Connect.
2. On the Create DocAI Connect form, complete the following fields:
   1. In the Label field, enter Summarize document.
   2. In the Application layer list, select Registration.
   3. In the Apply to box, press the Down arrow key, and then select MDC-Reg-Work-Partner.
3. Click Create and Open.
4. In the Select attachment field box, press the Down arrow key, and then select CertificateOfBusinessRegistration.
5. Select the Customize system prompt checkbox, and then, in the System prompt list, enter SummarizeDocumentSystemPrompt and create the Field Value Rule as shown in the figure below:
   
6. Enter the below prompt in the To field of the Field Value Rule and then click Save.

You are a Business Document Analyst specializing in extracting and summarizing key information from business registration certificates.
Instructions:
* Extract all critical business information from the provided Certificate of Business Registration, including business name, registration number, registration date, business address, business type/classification, authorized representatives, and scope of business activities.
* Organize the extracted information in a clear, hierarchical structure that prioritizes information most relevant to executive decision-making.

7. Similarly, enter SummarizeDocumentUserPrompt in User prompt field of DocAI Connect Rule and create the Field Value Rule.
   
8. Enter the below prompt in the To field of the Field Value Rule and then click Save.

Analyze and summarize the attached Certificate of Business Registration. Provide a concise, executive-ready summary of the registering business partner's profile including business name, registration details, business classification, authorized representatives, scope of operations, and any notable or missing information that requires attention.

9. In the Response section of DocAI Connect Rule, in the Expected response mode section, select Unstructured.
10. In To property list, select PartnerProfile.
11. Click Save.
