Scenario

Chuck Keffler, who runs a construction company, is interested in security products. After nurturing the lead, sales representative Terry Mason feels confident and wants to add Keffler Constructions Partners (KCP) to the application.

Use the following credentials to log in to the exercise system:

Your assignment consists of the following tasks:

Task 1: Create a new organization record.

You must initiate your own Pega instance to complete this Challenge.

1 Create a new organization record

1. Log in to your exercise environment as sales representative Terry Mason.
2. Click Organizations. The list of organizations is displayed.
3. Click Create organization. The new organization form is displayed.
4. In the new organization form, enter the following information:
   1. Name: Keffler Construction Partners
   2. Short name: KCP
   3. Revenue: 3450000
   4. Industry: Manufacturing
5. In the Addresses area, click + Add address and enter the following information:
   1. Country: United States
   2. Street address: 75 Mt Auburn St.
   3. City: Watertown
   4. State/Province: MA
   5. Zip/Postal code: 02472
6. Click Create to save the organization. There is now an organization with an account for Keffler Construction Partners.
