The project is about to commence, and U+ Comms needs to confirm whether the 1:1 communications data model is compatible with its existing data model.

As the Decisioning Architect, you are responsible for conducting a data mapping workshop to ensure that the data models align between U+ Comm's existing data model and the recommended 1:1 communication data model.

Download the 1:1 communications data model artifacts from Pega Marketplace and review them thoroughly.
