Scenario

The U+ Comms data warehouse team was unable to complete the data integration for the product holding data of subscription on time. The business team has prepared a sample file for the Product Holding data entity and provided it to you.

Using Customer Profile Designer, import the Product Holding data into the Product Holdings entity.

1. Download the Product Holdings ZIP file and extract ProductHoldings.csv to a local drive on your computer.
2. In Pega Customer Decision Hub™, use the Customer Profile Designer to import the CSV file into the Product Holding data source.

2. Product Holding data is imported successfully.
