Scenario

The U+ Comms business team wants to use the web activity data of its subscribers to improve the accuracy of its adaptive models in Pega Customer Decision HubTM and deliver personalized offers to customers. Use the Customer Profile Designer Accelerator component in Pega Marketplace to utilize the clickstream service as a starting point.

Tip: A variation of this scenario exists in Adding behavioral data to a customer profile.

 

You must initiate your own Pega instance to complete this Challenge.

  1. Download the Customer Profile Designer Accelerator component here.
    Caution: In a real-life project, use Pega Marketplace to download the latest components as they are updated frequently. For the purpose of this exercise, download the component manually.
  1. As a System Architect, add the Clickstream component to the Customer Decision Hub application.

2 Acceptance criteria

The Clickstream component is added to the Customer Decision Hub application.
