Scenario

Navigate through CDH Assistant, an intelligent assistant designed to support students in their learning journey, to engage and get answers to technical questions about Pega Customer Decision HubTM.

Use the following credentials to log in to Customer Decision Hub:

Your assignment consists of the following tasks:

Task 1: Engage with CDH Assistant

As a Decisioning Architect, log in to Customer Decision Hub and engage with CDH Assisant.

 

You must initiate your own Pega instance to complete this Challenge.

Initialization may take up to 5 minutes so please be patient.

1 Engage with CDH Assistant

  1. On the exercise system landing page, click Pega InfinityTM to log in to your instance of Customer Decision Hub.
  2. Log in to Customer Decision Hub using the following credentials:
    1. In the User name field, enter DecisioningArchitect.
    2. In the Password field, enter rules.
  3. In the navigation pane of Customer Decision Hub, click CDH Assistant.

  4. On the main page of CDH Assistant, click the Application overview predefined chat topic.

  5. Review the details of the application overview.
  6. In the Message CDH Assistant chat box, enter the following question: How many actions are in the Grow issue, Credit Cards group?, and click Send.

  7. Review the answer.

    Note: In the menu of CDH Assistant, you can view the history of your chats and edit the chat titles.
  1. In the menu of CDH Assistant, click Chat to start a new chat.

    Note: As a best practice, always start a new chat for a new topic.
  1. In the Message CDH Assistant chat box, enter the following question: What is Pega GenAI?, and click Send.
  2. Review the answer.

  3. Continue the same chat, and in the Message CDH Assistant chat box, enter the following question: What are the key use cases of Pega GenAI in Pega Customer Decision Hub?
  4. Click Send.
  5. Review the answer.
