Architecture and design decisions in the Prepare phase ready your team for the Build phase. During Prepare, you refine the business and technical scope into a detailed design for your project. You run several focused workshops with both business and technical teams. Once the baseline design is built and your microjourney™ is defined, your team prioritizes user stories and creates a project backlog.

After completing this module, you should be able to:

Define what is meant by case type design
Document decisions and actions to confirm the technical architecture
Create and manage your project backlog
Fill the backlog with stories that are ready to built
Describe the process and benefits of Directly Capture Objectives (DCO)
Manage changes to the project
