The Suggested Replies feature from the Pega Customer Service application empowers CSRs by utilizing Pega GenAI™ and dialogues to generate relevant response suggestions for customer conversations. Pega GenAI utilizes Pega Knowledge™ articles, common phrases, and customer contact information as sources to suggest responses.
