Defining an action for outbound

In Pega Customer Decision Hub, the system selects a next best action after it considers customer engagement policies, business objectives, and recommendations from the AI. Customers might see an action on various inbound and outbound channels. Learn how to configure an action to make it suitable for outbound customer engagement and design a visually appealing email message using easy-to-use templates.
