Email attachments analysis

This module introduces the configuration possibilities and capabilities of email attachments analysis in Pega Email Bot™. You learn how the system uses machine learning and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract entities from both text-based and image-based attachments during email triage. The module includes a demonstration of how to enable advanced text analyzer settings and verify entity detection in the Interaction Portal.
