Pega Platform™ supports collaboration between the business and IT teams by providing an extensive set of tools within Pega that support the Agile software development.  

As a Pega Business Architect, understanding how you can use the tools in App Studio to track user stories and business feedback will help you work seamlessly with your business subject matter experts (SMEs) and Pega Systems Architects. 

In this module, you learn how App Studio's Developer Assistant and Agile Workbench enables members of both the Business and IT teams to view, assign, and update work items. You explore how Pega's Agile Studio enables Business team members to create and organize the artifacts used to manage Scrum. 

After completing this module, you should be able to:

Differentiate between Agile Studio and Agile Workbench.
Explain how Agile Studio, the Developer Assistant, and Agile Workbench support and track application development.
Identify the project attributes used in the Estimator tool.
Explain how Pulse and Tags enable collaboration.
Explain the role of the product backlog in application development.
