A Case Design is incomplete until it explains who participates in the work, how that work reaches the right people, what information they can access, and how they interact with the application. This module develops the judgment required to turn Case participation into a coherent Persona and Channel Design. You will refine AI-generated Personas around meaningful responsibilities, evaluate individual and shared work distribution, define appropriate access to Cases and data, and validate participant experiences. You will also examine how these Blueprint decisions carry into Pega Infinity™ and assess the connected participant design before it progresses into Authoring.

Evaluate how contextual conditions, participant responsibilities, and least privilege influence access decisions.
Assess Channel and participant experience needs and use Blueprint Preview to validate how participants interact with the solution.
Explain how validated Persona, routing, access, and Channel decisions are represented in Pega Infinity.
