Pega Customer Service applications built with Constellation version 24.1 now enable CSRs to browse, read, and send relevant articles to customers through Digital Messaging channels, thereby improving the overall support experience. CSRs can efficiently provide information to customers during private conversations using the Search and Ask Buddy options.

After completing this module, you should be able to:

Configure the settings to send Knowledge articles directly to customers.
Configure the settings to send relevant responses received from Pega GenAI™ Knowledge Buddy to customers.
