Management of Assets
Pega Robot Manager™ provides robotic administrators with the tools for reviewing and approving application assets versions in the MyWork section of Robot Manager. With the appropriate access rights, you can also monitor and manage approved assets within your organization.
Asset catalog
The Asset catalog contains a list of all assets deployed from Pega Robot Studio, including application and utility assets. The main view displays the asset name, type, latest available asset version, deployment comment, and approval status. You can download the latest asset version from the Asset catalog, by clicking the Download icon, as shown in the following figure:
Click the asset name to view all available versions of that asset, including detailed information on upload and publication dates, status, and the Robot Studio version that was used for creation. You can also download or delete a particular asset version from the detailed view by clicking the More icon.
If assets have the same name but were deployed from different Robot Studio versions, in the Robot Studio version dropdown on the page, you can filter assets or click ALL or one of the other versions
For more information about possible actions you can take with the assets in the Asset catalog, see the Monitoring, downloading, and deleting approved asset versions on the Assets catalog page and Monitoring, downloading, and deleting approved asset versions on an Asset details page on the Pega documentation site.
Asset approvals
Approving an asset in Pega Robot Manager makes it available for users in your organization.
The form displays information about an asset and enables approval or rejection for it. Approving the asset changes it to a published state, and rejecting the Asset removes the published version from the Asset catalog.
For more information about the approval process, see the Approving and rejecting assets topic on the Pega documentation site.
You can access the history of Asset approvals on the Resolved Cases tab of the My Work section.
