Pega Cloud standard packaging
The standard package for a Pega Cloud® production subscription includes the following environments and tools:
- Three environments
- Development
- Staging
- Production
- Tools
- Pega Diagnostic Center (PDC)
- Agile Studio
- Deployment Manager
Because the Pega Cloud standard package includes the Development, Staging, and Production environments, you can elect to purchase additional environments, depending on your unique needs. For this, you must consult your Pega agreement (or someone in your organization who is familiar with it). If you want to review your contract or have any questions about it, you must contact your Account Executive.
The Pega Cloud team installs the Pega Platform™ and any other Pega application that you subscribed to on all environments in your subscription. This process ensures that all environments are using the latest Pega version and have the same information so they can all be up-to-date.
The standard development environment supports 15 concurrent users.
The standard staging or pre-production environment supports 45 concurrent users.
The production environment scales according to your business requirements and runs on the highly available, fault-tolerant, and resilient Pega architecture, which is designed to provide uninterrupted service.
To provide stability, these three environments are isolated from each other and all other environments on the Pega Cloud.
Pega Diagnostic Center
PDC is included in your subscription package.
PDC is a tool to closely monitor and precisely assess the performance of your Pega applications.
Agile Studio
Agile Studio is a project management application that enables your application development teams and stakeholders to complete your projects using the industry-best practice Scrum methodology. Agile Studio is integrated with Dev Studio in Pega Platform, so you have traceability between your developer environment and your project management system.
Agile Studio enables you to focus on the following core pillars of effective project management:
- Plan your software development and product needs over your software release lifecycles.
- Manage your teams, backlogs, and technical debt to ensure that you deliver your releases efficiently and on time.
- Accomplish the planned release by enabling your teams to complete their assigned work on time.
With Agile Studio, you can track your teams' work by using the same tool you use to plan your work.
Deployment Manager
Deployment Manager simplifies rapid delivery by providing the following features:
- Model-driven orchestration that supports integrating third-party tools.
- One-click deployment enables business users to build, test, and deploy apps without coding.
- PDC integration to assess the overall health and readiness of your applications, as well as the ability to focus on specific areas.
