The first step in the source creation wizard is to name the source.
On the Data Sources page, after clicking Add New Source, Pega Process Mining displays the Info tab in the source creation wizard. This tab provides fields to enter the name of the source and to optionally describe the source.
The name must be unique, and the system alerts you if you enter a name that is already in use by another source. Enter a descriptive name to make it easier to find this source later when you want to associate it with a View.
In the following figure, the data source is named WFM to reflect that this source contains data about a Workforce Management process:
