Automation Overview

Use Automation Overview to view an automation and its components at a high-level and then drill down to your chosen level of detail. You might think of it in terms of the view from an airplane at 30,000 feet compared to the view at ground level.

There are two ways to display Automation Overview:

• In the Event Explorer, click the event link.
• In the Automation Designer, right-click and choose Open Automation Overview.
  

In the following image, click the + icons to learn more about Automation Overview.

You can open multiple Automation Overview windows and position the windows as you desire, independent of Robot Studio. This can be especially useful if you have multiple monitors.
