Application forms

The application interface framework enables the creation of forms that might serve as a user interface, specifically for the application. The application form includes all the controls and functions found in a standard Windows form, but its focus is confined to the application.  

You can add the application form from the application Interface tab. You access the form's controls in the Forms section of the Palette, as shown in the following figure:

For example, a bank has introduced a sign-up bonus for new customers. This bonus package includes the creation of a new account along with a cashback credit card and a high-yield savings account. Typically, the customer support representative would need to go through multiple forms within the application to add a new account and set specific parameters for the credit card and savings account. But the developer working on the bank's application created the application form with an option to select one of several available packages, as shown in the following figure:

Note: Application form elements are not editable by an automation developer in their automations.
