Save time by creating named filters that you can reuse during analysis and also share with other users.

  1. In a View, use one of the many filter methods to apply the filter that you want to name.
    For example, if you want to create a named filter for slow transitions from the Assigned to Dispatched activity, then first apply this filter.

  2. In the header of the application, click the Data Filters icon as shown in the following figure:

  3. In the Filters dialog box, on the Active Filters tab, click the Create as named filter link for the filter that you want to name.
  4. On the Named Filters tab, complete the details for the filter:
    1. In the Name field, enter a name for the filter.
    2. Optional: In the Description field, add additional details, such as the analysis goal of the filter.
    3. Optional: To share this named filter with other users, click the Share with groups bar and select the groups with which you want to share this filter:
      On the Named Filters tab, the Name field is required. Clickling the Share with groups bar expands a drop-down area where you can search for and select user groups for sharing.

  5. Click Save to save the named filter.

    Result:

  6. Click Close to close the Filters dialog box.
