Dashboard configuration
The Pega Robot Manager™ dashboard is a centralized workspace that displays operational information about your robotic process automations and key performance indicators, including robot status and overdue cases. Multiple layout templates are available for administrators to arrange data widgets in different slots to meet their specific business needs. For instance, you can add widgets to the top of the page for simple navigation so that your administrators can see which robots are not responding appropriately and which cases are processing slowly. Each widget now displays the top five results with an option to show all records and refresh the latest data. For more information on how to use and customize the dashboard, see the Pega Robot Manager Dashboard.

Notifications
In addition to customizing the dashboard landing page, Pega Robot Manager administrators can set notification preferences. Robot Manager can notify administrators when any of the following events occur:
• Robot automation failure count reaches 80% of the threshold
• Robot loses connectivity
• Robot queue reaches 80% of capacity
• RPA Service is not heartbeating or sending periodic messages that indicate that the robot is still alive and running
• Scheduling service is down
To further customize your application, you can modify the thresholds for certain notifications by visiting the Settings for Notifications.
The following table shows the two ways that users can access the notifications menu to set notification preferences for robots:
Click the Bell icon in the upper-right corner of the dashboard, and then select the Gear icon under the menu. |
|
Click the Operator icon, and then select Notification preferences in the menu. |
|
In the Robot Manager Settings you can also define which recipients receive Notifications. For more information, see the Modify settings for Recipients section in Modifying Notification thresholds, intervals, and recipients. Additionally, for more information on the settings you can modify to customize notifications, see the Settings > Notifications > Recipients section in List of settings in Pega Robot Manager.
Note: Further customizations to the Robot Manager dashboard are possible through Dev Studio, such as updating the logo and display name for your application. For more detailed steps on editing your portal icon, see Adding icon to Portal header.
