Export Files, Export API, and Summary API
Introduction
The Pega Workforce Intelligence™ portal allows you to download aggregated data in a weekly (default setting) or monthly format. Clients may also request a daily raw data file to be enabled. Clients can also request an Export API to download these files through an API process outside of the portal or request an Application Summary API to retrieve data from a specific time frame.
