On this Pega Community article, you find the top-level page of the MLP backlog for cross-sell and upsell for digital channels.
You can download the Excel version of the complete MLP backlog to customize and import into project tracking software such as Jira.
In the navigation pane on the left, you find the book structure organized by the four delivery phases.
When you click from phase to epic to user story, and select the user story, you see all the tasks that are linked to a specific user story.
In this case, when you click Kick-off Project, you see all the tasks associated with kicking off the project. For each task, you see the proposed sprint and the primary role responsible for executing the task.
When you click the Hold a solution alignment workshop meeting task, you see all the details that are necessary to perform the task, including a PowerPoint presentation that you can use as the meeting presentation. This level of detail ensures consistency and quality of the execution of the task at hand.
To show another example, click the Build article, and then click Configure Engagement Policies.
This task explains how to best configure global customer interaction rules by using the Next-Best-Action Designer.
When you get to the task level, you see a description of how to enter the interaction rules, an overview of example rules, and Pega’s view on how effective these rules are. The description helps users configure the logic in a customer-centric way.
