Citizen Developer role learning path

Citizen Developers use App Studio to configure workflows that automate simple to moderately complex back-office processes. A Citizen Developer might work either as a sole contributor ("Maker"), building applications for use by themselves and their immediate workgroup or as a member of a fusion team ("Business Technologist"), building low-code applications as a service to their department.

System Architects create robust, rule-based Pega Platform applications that advance the digital transformation of organizations. The System Architect role is the starting point of your career path toward the Senior System Architect and Lead System Architect roles.

Business Architect certification learning path

Business Architects understand the needs, goals, and business processes of the customer. They can assess the business model and find opportunities for integration with Pega Platform. Business Architects educate customers on Pega Platform capabilities and advise on workflow improvements, aiming for short and long-term business development.

Robotics System Architect certification learning path

The Robotics System Architect role is a specialized role that implements intelligent robotic automation. Robotics System Architects analyze business processes, identifying unnecessary complexity. They then design a better workflow so that people can complete tasks faster and with fewer errors.
