When you upload the data source, Pega Process Mining provides a preview of the data so that you can verify that the data source loaded as expected. Preview the information so that you can catch any potential issues and re-upload the source, if needed, before continuing the process.

The following figure shows a preview of uploaded data using the WFM CSV file example:

Confirm or update the following configuration options to avoid possible errors:
Has Header
Select this checkbox if the first line of the file is a header.
Field delimiter
Define the character that delimits the columns in the data file.
Quote char
Define the character that quotes fields that contain special characters.
Escape char
Define the character that tells the processor to keep a special character in the string.
If you make any changes to these values, click the Refresh icon to update the preview table with the new configuration.
