Voice AI system health
To view the detailed Voice AI system health, in the navigation pane of the Interaction Portal, click Manager Tools, and then click the Voice AI system health tab.
If there is any issue with your Voice AI system, at the top of the Voice AI system health page, the system displays a concern icon along with a short summary of the issue. For example:
Queue processors: Broken messages in queue processor(s)
The following figure shows an example of the information reported in the Voice AI health tab.
The Configuration details section displays a summary of your Voice AI configuration, including Channel ID, Isolation ID, and Transcript URL.
The Runtime statistics section displays the status of queue processors and data flows. You want to make sure the queue processors are in the running state and also that the VoiceAIRetrieval data flow is not stopped.
