1 Use contact view
- Log in to your exercise system as the system architect.
- In the left navigation panel, click Case Types.
- Click Contact.
- Click UX tab.
- In the right navigation, in the Tabs section, click Details.
- In the right navigation, in the Region A section, click Details.
- In the right navigation, in the Fields section, click Edit view professional.
- In the right navigation, in the Fields section, Click + Add.
- Click Fields.

Select the Assistant name and Assistant phone fields and click Add.
- Click Save.
Confirm your work
- Log in to your exercise system as the sales representative.
- On the left, from the Explorer panel, click Contacts to view all contacts.
- Click Matthew Smith.
- Verify that the that the Assistant name and Assistant phone fields display.
