Scenario

Stakeholders want to display the Assistant name and Assistant phone fields to the professional details for a contact.

Use the following credentials to log in to the exercise system:

Role User name Password
System administrator SFASampleSysadmin rules
Sales representative Tmason rules

Your assignment consists of the following tasks:

Task 1: Update the contact view.

Task 2: Confirm your work.

 

You must initiate your own Pega instance to complete this Challenge.

1 Use contact view

  1. Log in to your exercise system as a system administrator.
    1. In the User name field, enter SFASampleSysadmin.
    2. In the Password field, enter rules.
  2. Switch to Dev Studio, and then in the left navigation panel, click Case Types.
  3. Click Contact.
  4. Click the UX tab.
  5. In the right navigation, in the Tabs section, click Details.
  6. In the right navigation, in the Region A section, click Personal details.
  7. In the right navigation, in Region B, click Professional information.
  8. In the right navigation, in Region A, Click Add.
  9. Click Fields.
  10. Select the Assistant name and Assistant phone fields, and then click Add.
  11. Click Save, and then Log off.
