Scenario

You have been tasked with updating the Moving your mortgage to U+ Bank article. You must update the content body to improve readability and add two tags. Additionally, U+ Bank is no longer offering auto loans so you are tasked with retiring an article about them. Use the following credentials to log in to the exercise system:

Your assignment consists of the following tasks:

Task 1: Edit the article Debit card security to U+ Bank

Locate the Move your morgate to U+ Bank article and update the article body.

Task 2: Add tags to the article

Add tags to the article.

Task 3: Archive an article

Locate the Auto loans policy at U+ Bank article and archive it.

 

You must initiate your own Pega instance to complete this Challenge.

Challenge Walkthrough

Detailed Tasks

1 Edit the article Move your mortgage at U+ Bank article

1. Log in as an Author:
   1. In the User name field, enter kmauthor.
   2. In the Password field, enter password123!.
2. Click the Knowledge tab, then click All Content.
3. Locate the published article Move your mortgage to U+Bank, and then click the article title to open it.
4. In the header of the article, click Actions > Edit content.
5. In the Reason for edit field, enter Updating article, then click Submit.
6. In the Assignments section, click Go.
7. In the rich text editor, click Rewrite with AI.
8. Select one of the options, such as Make more professional, then click Generate.
9. Review the suggestion presented by AI, then click Submit.

2 Add tags to the article

1. In the upper right corner, click Expand to expand the Utilities panel.
2. In the Tags widget, click Edit.
3. In the Edit tags field, enter Mortgage and Finance.
4. Click Submit.
5. In the Advanced settings section, click Submit to submit the article for publication.
6. In the upper-right corner click KM Author > Log off.

3 Archive an article

1. Log in as an SuperUser:
   1. In the User name field, enter kmsuperuser.
   2. In the Password field, enter password123!.
2. Click the Knowledge tab, then click All Content.
3. Locate the published article Auto loans policy at U+Bank, and then click the article title to open it.
4. In the header of the article, click Actions > Archive content.
5. In the Comments field, enter U+ Bank is no longer offering auto loans then click Submit.
