Scenario
Your business is currently selling to both consumers and businesses. The selling mode of the application is set to mixed mode. Going forward you are planning to focus on businesses (B2B) only.
You want understand what impact the change from business-to-business and business-to-customer (B2B & B2C) to B2B has in the application user interface.

1 Check current landing pages and create menu options
- Log in to your exercise system as sales representative.
- On the left, from the Explorer panel, verify that the Organizations and Household are available.
- From the Explorer panel, click Create > Opportunity to verify that the options Individual and Business are available.
- From the Explorer panel, click Create > Lead to verify that the options Individual and Business are available.
2 Change the selling mode to B2B
- Log in to your exercise environment as the system architect.
- In App Studio, from the left navigation panel, click Settings > Application Settings to open the Sales Automation settings.
- In the Selling mode section, select Business-to-business (B2B) and click Save.
3 Verify the change to landing pages and create menu options
- Log in to your exercise system as the sales representative.
- On the left, from the Explorer panel, verify that the Household tab is no longer available.
- From the Explorer panel, click Create > Opportunity to verify that there are no sub-options available. All opportunities created are B2B.
- From the Explorer panel, click Create > Lead to verify that there are no sub-options available. All leads created are B2B.
