Scenario

The project is about to commence, and U+ Comms needs to confirm whether the communications framework is compatible with its existing data model.

As the Decisioning Architect, you are responsible for conducting a data mapping workshop to ensure that the data models align between U+ Comm's existing data model and the recommended industry data model.

Download the Communications Customer Analytical Data Model artifacts from Pega Marketplace and review them thoroughly.
