Scenario

The U+ Comms business team wants to use the web activity data of its subscribers to improve the accuracy of its adaptive models in Pega Customer Decision HubTM and deliver personalized offers to customers. Use the Behavioral data accelerator component in Pega Marketplace to utilize the Behavioral data service as a starting point.

  1. Download the Behavioral Data accelerator component here.
    Caution: In a real-life project, use Pega Marketplace to download the latest components as they are updated frequently. For the purpose of this exercise, download the component manually.
  1. As a System Architect, add the Behavioral Data component to the Customer Decision Hub application.

2 Acceptance criteria

The Behavioral Data component is added to the Customer Decision Hub application.
