As a result, Terry does not see any opportunities for the Hybrid Digital Video Recorders and Network Video Recorder with PoE products and decides to set the video recorder products to blocked for the account.

- Open the Engagement map page.
- Set the fields in Filters to:
- Product category: Security
- Account: Forest Gas Corp
- Click Apply filters.
- Right-click and select Blocked for the following products:
- Hybrid Digital Video Recorders
- Network Video Recorder with PoE
- Identify the white space. The following products should have no engagement:
- Photo Electric Smoke Detectors
- Carbon Monoxide
- Dome Camera System
