シナリオ

During roadside assistance, business stakeholders would like customers to rate their satisfaction with the services provided. The exact wording and data source for the satisfaction field have not been decided. 

Configure a Satisfaction survey data object with a simulated data source. Add this data object to the Review service summary View.

The following table provides the credentials you need to complete the challenge:

1 Create the Satisfaction survey data object

  1. In the Pega instance for the challenge, enter the following credentials:
    1. In the User name field, enter author@gogoroad.
    2. In the Password field, enter pega123!.
  2. In the navigation pane of App Studio, click Data to open the Data Objects and Integrations landing page.
  3. In the Data Objects and Integrations landing page, click New.
  4. In the Create Data Object dialog box, in the Data Object name field, enter Satisfaction survey.
  5. In the Define source data field, select Later.

  6. Click Next.
  7. In the Create Data Model dialog box, click Submit

  8. In the Satisfaction survey data object, in the Data Model tab, click Add field.
  9. In the Field name field, enter Customer satisfaction.

  10. Click Submit.
  11. In the Satisfaction survey data object, click the Data Pages tab.
  12. Click Create simulated sources to add a simulated data source to the data object. 
  13. In the Rule generation status dialog box, click OK to acknowledge that a List Data Page with a simulated source is successfully created.

  14. Click the Records tab.
  15. Click Add record two times.
  16. In the Customer satisfaction fields, enter Yes and No.

    補足:  In this case, you are using a simple placeholder question and answer until the stakeholders replace it with a more complex question and answer.
  17. Click Save.

2 Add the Customer satisfaction field to the Review service summary View

  1. In the navigation pane of App Studio, click Case Types > Assistance Request.
  2. In the Assistance Request Case Type, click the Review service summary Step.
  3. Click Configure View.
  4. In the Edit View: Review service summary dialog box, click Add Fields Create new field.
  5. In the Name field, enter Customer satisfaction.
  6. In the Type field, select Picklist.
  7. In the Display as field, select Radio-buttons.
  8. In the Picklist options list, select Data Page.
  9. In the Choose a Data Page list, select Satisfaction survey List Satisfaction survey.
  10. In the Display field list, select Customer satisfaction.

  11. Click Submit.
  12. Next to the Customer satisfaction field, click the gear icon.
  13. In the Field label field, select Custom.
  14. In the Custom Field label field, enter Would you refer a friend to GoGoRoad?.

  15. Click Save.
  16. Click Submit.
  17. Click Save.
