In this module, you learn about Digital Messaging and its supported messaging platforms. Also, learn the importance of creating a self-service application on top of the Pega Customer Service™ self-service application that contains your Digital Messaging configurations, which provide contextual, bot-driven guidance during the initial customer interactions.

Finally, learn how to create a Digital Messaging interface to respond to various service requests received from several different digital channels.
