Intermediate Pega Robot Manager 8.5.2 Robotic Process Automation English

Pega Robot Manager uses Auto-balancing to monitor and move robots between work groups dynamically. Automatic workload balancing reduces the number of robots to complete work, decreases robot idle time, and eliminates the need to manually move robots between work groups. It maximizes robot efficiency and ensures that robotic assignments are processed within the service-level agreement (SLA) of open assignments.

After completing this module, you should be able to:

Restate the purpose of using auto-balancing of robots
Implement the work group auto-balance assignment and priority
Adjust SLA requirements for robots and work assignments based on business objectives
Estimate the work group workload and reconfigure the necessary settings to account for the estimate.
Analyze historical data performance of auto-balancing and successfully adjust any settings necessary to accommodate business objectives
