Before developing a robotic solution for use with a Pega application, you must complete the process of interrogating the necessary applications to ensure that a robotic solution can interact and perform the necessary robotic tasks. Pega Robot Studio™ provides basic methods to interrogate the most common applications used in a robotic solution, a Windows platform, and a Web platform.

After completing this module, you should be able to:

Differentiate between the elements created or used during interrogation
Recognize the difference Web and Windows interrogation
Restate the purpose of Global Web Pages during interrogation
Restate why and when to use Select Element to interrogate
Describe the Create Control method of interrogating
Interrogate a Web application using the standard method
Interrogate a Web application using the Select Element method
