Case structure is one of the most important considerations when designing an application. The topics in this module cover identification of individual business processes and how to best model each process (cases, subcases, subflows) in Pega Platform. A poorly designed case structure can result in frequent refactoring if present or future requirements are not carefully considered in the original design.
