In organizations that use a Pega Customer Service™ UI Kit application and service cases, the Coexistence feature makes it possible to use their Customer Service application built on Constellation to seamlessly process Customer Service UI Kit service cases. Pega Customer Service 26 uses Pega Case Fabric Hub to achieve coexistence between Customer Service UI Kit and Customer Service Constellation applications.
