Pega Case Fabric Hub also enables you to process UI Kit Cases in Customer Service applications on Constellation by displaying and working on your existing Service Cases without the need to rebuild the existing Cases on the new architecture. This provides a seamless transition from the UI Kit to Constellation architecture.

Before you begin

Note: Configure Pega Process Fabric Hub™ in your applications and register the applications in Case Fabric Hub. For more information, see Setting up Pega Case Fabric Hub and registering applications.

Pega Case Fabric Hub Setup Assistant

The Pega Case Fabric Hub Setup Assistant prepares an application on UI Kit for registration to Pega Case Fabric Hub™ by automatically creating and updating required Rules and configurations. The assistant ensures seamless integration with Case Fabric Hub.
